My “Hear Me Outs”

Thirty likes. Fifteen likes. Some of y’all knew I was going to do this anyway. I mean, it was about damn time I expose myself just a little bit.

For those who don’t follow me on Bluesky, I put out a post expressing interest in doing a “Hear Me Out” post. Kind of like a “Hear Me Out” cake? Cake is good. A “Hear Me Out” is a crush you have on a fictional character that kind of requires some justification or is just a little (or a lot) weird. And a “Hear Me Out” cake is when a group of friends get together on tiktok and record themselves putting the pictures of their choices on skewers and putting them in cake.

My desire to do this post was brought on by just confusion. Some people out there are not really doing this trend right. They’re over here putting the conventionally attractive actors and characters on the cake. Like, no one is going to argue with you because you think Captain America has an ass a whole nation can get behind. No one is going to be like “Eww, you like Judy Hopps?” I mean, unless you’re that one dude on Tiktok.

I tried my best to pick ten characters that I would use for this trend. And yes. These are characters that I, Scribbles the Chee, find attractive. I will take no judgment, and I will not be explaining myself unless I want to.

1. K-2SO (Rogue One) – Yes. The Imperial Droid voiced by Alan Tudyk. No, I don’t know why I like him.
2. Master Splinter – Really, this is specifically pertaining to the one from the 2012 series, but it applies to almost all of them.
3. Rocket (Guardians of the Galaxy) – Disney knows what they’re fucking doing with this character. <.< I’m onto them and their shenanigans.
4. Blitzo (Helluva Boss) – I know that Stolas is a healthier choice, but I have a soft spot for Blitzo, and some unresolved issues that I think you can probably guess by now. Plus, he seems mighty confident in his… stamina. Yes. Stamina.
5. Scar (Aliens vs Predator 2004) – This could be extended to other appearanes of the Yautja, but this one’s a good guy. 😀 I think he was a good guy at least.
6. Venom – This feels kind of like I am cheating, but honestly. Have you seen him. He’s always got that smile. Always sticking his damn tongue out. o.o I mean… Wow. Muscles. So big.
7. The Arbiter (Halo) – This is porbably one of the earliest crushes I had. I used to always want to play Halo… I think it was 2 or 3 as a multiplayer, just so I could play the Arbiter.
8. Ghostface – I WANT TO BE CLEAR. I AM NOT ATTRACTED TO THE FICTIONAL KILLER. I just think the costume is hot. There are people out there that are rolling their eyes even though they have teased me about this before. To those people I say, “You knew this was coming.”
9. Peppy Hare (Team Starfox) – I haven’t even played the games. He’s literally on here because of furry artists. <.<
10. King Shark (Specifically the one from the JLDark Movie) – Listen. LISTEN. I know! I know he’s dangerous. But just consider the perks! >.>
